Responsibilities:Fully lead campaign planning & execution - from mix marketing (6Ps) to market deployment with cross function & partners, including brand positioning, pricing strategy, product build up, communication, activation and channel execution. In details: • Advertising & Communications: Work closely with BM, Creative and Media Agency to manage digital advertising for the brand, including media planning, asset creation & adaptation, deployment & evaluation (including TVC, iTVC, social content, precision marketing content, KOL)• Activation: Corporate with Activation Agency to build Brand activation from Planning to Execution and Evaluation. • Trade Promotion: In-charge of P/S Nature promotion in MT and DT channel. Work closely with BM & Trade team to develop winning promotion schemes fit for shoppers in MT/ DT. • Ecommerce business transformation: Creating made-for-Ecom portfolio (including premium SKU, bundles), create demand (joining super brand days, with Unilever beauty brands & offering hot promotion on Ecom) & content-to-convert (revamp 7OA for total Oral on Ecom).• Product innovation: Working closely with BM & cross-functions to monitor the launch breakthrough variants in Vietnam.• Pricing Strategy: Unlock market data to define opportunity/issue and build on Pricing Increase Plan. • Packaging: Work closely with Global team and cross-functions to lock packaging for new launch/ relaunch.Solidly manage and optimize brand budget, involve in building business cases, brand P&L and demand planning. Closely track business performance to analyze & drive brand growth.

Responsibilities:• Sharpen brand's communication strategy, develop creative ideas and concepts based on consumer insight knowledge and market understanding. Manage execution includes shooting proposal, visual ideas, pillars, angles, detailed content.• Monitor impacts of content and evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign.Achievements:• Win pitch from Unilever brand campaigns include Wall's Ice Cream, Pond's, Sunlight.

Responsibilities:• Organize and implement the campaign from ideation to execution, ensure marketing plan is effectively carried out on time, on budget and reach the best quality.
