negotiating insurance policy wording amendments and the placing of special risks policies such as Directors and Officers Liability, Professional Indemnity, Products Liability, Media and Production, Special Arts, Bankers Bond etc.

Drafting and negotiation of insurance terms, conditions and insurable risk transfer for clients in their contracts, commercial tenders, RFP's and various contractual engagements.

Responsible for Director's & Officers Liability Insurances, preparation of policy contract wording, renewal of expiring policies, negotiating terms, conditions, premiums and endorsements with insurers, local and international brokers.

Liaison with International Bar Organizations. Development of new international contacts with overseas legal Bar Associations. Committee-secretary for various financial and legislative internal bar committees such as Tax Committee, Company and Securities law forum. Preparation of agenda and research materials for committee hearings, committee minutes', agreements, legal opinions, conference organization, appearances before Knesset committees, TASE and ISA to present and voice the Israel Bar Association's professional standing on new legislative initiatives in draft stages.
