Commission Manager, Business Transformation
Current> Sales Operations team member representing external sales rep partner commissioning activities> Project focused on sales system reconfiguration and development/implementation of process improvements > Advise on areas of personal expertise including: ~ Sales commission management ~ Split commission crediting ~ Sales administration process flows ~ Sales reporting structure and methodologies / Simplification of data handling ~ POS records, consumption/revenue level reporting, customer strings / master customer hierarchy ~ CRM design opportunity management ~ IT: Business communication / project management ~ Semiconductor business standards and process improvements as related to sales activities> Assist with communicating project requirements and documenting desired process flows> Monitor IT progress on system development and Implementation> Ensure schedule is maintained requirements are met, and overall objectives are achieved> Manage commissioning activities for external rep partners
