- Create and publish job ads in various portals- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees- Screen resumes and job applications- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire- Design, distribute, and measure the results of candidate experience surveys- Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods- Host and participate in job fairs- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

- Help develop and execute innovative recruitment marketing initiatives to attract a diversethe pool of qualified candidates through various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry partnerships.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Recruitment, Operations) as needed to understand talent needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles, ensuring alignment between recruitment marketing efforts and business objectives.- Assist in the creation of engaging and compelling recruitment content, including job descriptions, blog posts, videos, and employee testimonials, to effectively communicate our employer brand and values.- Work with the Marketing and Branding Team to ensure the management and optimization of our company's career website/s and other relevant landing pages, ensuring user-friendly navigation and a seamless candidate experience. - Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging recruitment marketing practices, proactively integrating new strategies and technologies to enhance our recruitment efforts.
