Senior Product Designer

Vilnius

I joined GOSU as a product designer as a part of a product team for PUBG assistant. I worked with a product manager and 3 developers. I worked on PoC and later designed and launched the MVP version. After a successful launch, I was transferred to the main product team together with my product manager. There I was responsible for providing a high-quality experience throughout the entire user journey with the voice assistant for games such as DOTA2 and LoL. For this project, I worked with 2 teams of developers, that worked on the web site features and desktop app. I defined problems and goals for the new product and worked on combining new features and the services, that GOSU had previously for these games on the web. I redesigned profile, stats, post-match analysis, and other pages to make them useful and relevant for new users. I oversaw the development process constantly for every project I worked on.Recently I was assigned to research new possibilities and directions for AI Voice Assistant for gamers. I did Competitive Landscape Analysis, pitched and proved PoC for Voice Assistant for the casual mobile game.

Lead Designer, Developer

I designed a full range of promo materials and developed a web site from scratch. I launched a web site and mail subscription activities in 2 weeks, collecting potential clients, dividing them into groups and regulating the information flow according to the company’s plans. I designed and launched 2 landing pages for 2 international boot camps at the same time. And a common page for the all education/boot camp activities of Rutech next month.I created a visual language and identity for the company and their boot camps, with a detailed description of the interplay between them. And create a structure and groups of content to fill pages, dedicated to different activities.I also supported Rutech’s clients (such as Humaniq) as an outsource designer and web developer. I redesigned landing pages, communicating with developers directly in order to align new features to the initial code. I fixed and re-wrote the HTML/CSS. I controlled the production, marketing, and content-related stages after the design handoff.

I was responsible for the general concept for new brand promotion. I've written initial editorial stuff and outlined a marketing development strategy. Researched, prototyped and designed new product from scratch. I also designed a full range of promo materials using my own texts and concepts. I was responsible for iOS and desktop web apps. I did research on user preferences in the perception of small amounts of information and created requirements and specs for Cards — the major medium of Plag. I did research to improve the user experience on the web and remade a web client. As a result, the web session duration increased by 20%. I was working on improving the interaction in the commentary section for mobile platforms. We added threads and decreased negative consequences of losing space on the screen, working with our users directly. We added comments endorsing and featured comments. Consequently, we increased the part of users interacting in comments by 15% and a session time in comments by 40%.During my work on Plag app, I was communicating with developers directly, creating tasks and solving issues, also introducing new members to their parts
