I have 14 years of experience with people and project management. For the last year and a half, I worked as an operations specialist within the Community Center of Excellence at Intel, where I led projects while collaborating with 12 cross-functional teams and built operational solutions and implemented project management workstreams across 6 different business units. At the end of 2023, my solutions and processes had an 80% adoption rate. I have just recently transitioned into my new role as a senior project manager for Don Jagoda Associates. I'm excited to (re)start this journey into the world of promotions!I’ve previously worked at Microsoft and Twitter as a community/project manager, building community strategies, creating educational programming and resources, leading product feature launches and community engagement projects, and coaching teams on how to engage in a community while managing communities spanning from 1,500 to 1 million members.Outside of my professional life, I enjoy the outdoors, riding my bike and exploring new trails in the PNW. In 2024, I trained for and competed in my first triathlon, an Ironman 70.3, which has been a long-time personal goal to accomplish.I like to create meaningful connections with people.
