CurrentProvides direct supervision to 20 correction officers’ and support staff for the overall institution operation by enforcing security procedures and other custodial standards. Respond to emergencies, assist staff as needed to direct an orderly resolution to various problems. Revise institutional emergency plans, institution supplements, and more than 50% of custodial post orders (standard operating procedures) Manage 220 Correctional Officers ensuring that adequate manpower coverage was established on all shifts.Special InvestigatorResponsible for initiation and conducting criminal investigation of staff misconduct, fraud against the government, and inmate illegal activity that includes the use of illegal drugs, introduction of contraband, use of weapons, and serious assaults.
