Credit Operations Performs end-to-end underwriting function from assessment to approval of loan applications Ensures defined targets/thresholds are met (TAT, Errors, Processed Applications) Decides on applications within the appropriate Delegation of Authority. Prevents fraud and minimizes related losses Solves customer problems quickly and accurately and ensures good customer experience in every opportunity Builds a winning relationship with colleagues Compliance Adheres to credit policies, test programs, guidelines, and operational processes Provides relevant inputs and improvements on existing policies, guidelines, and operational processes Customer Service Ensures delivery of the required services of the clients within the set turn-around time and accuracy without prejudicing the interest of the Bank Adhoc Generates reports as needed. Undertakes any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management Expanded Role (Credit Operations) Processes applications with higher loan amounts (People Management) Acts as head trainer and lead guide for new hires
