After Lyda became an Australian qualified personal trainer, she started to enjoy doing yoga and Pilates. With only small props, Lyda found that yoga and Pilates help improve her strength and flexibility. She has been teaching yoga and Pilates since 2017. And she was a full time teacher in PURE Yoga, the largest yoga studio in Hong Kong, for 6 years until she returned to Melbourne in 2023Lyda likes to incorporate her knowledge of anatomy and body movement into her classes. She will also explain how the movements affect the body, and make adjustments for people of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. With a passion of health and fitness, Lyda wants her students to find strengths and happiness.
