Partner with organizations that offer sustainable solutions, programs, financing, and services to assist building owners in reaching energy reduction goals. Building Automation and Mechanical service sales, estimating, project management, customer relation development.

Outreach to Multifamily property owners and managers to introduce DTE energy efficiency rebate programs. Conduct energy efficiency assessments for tenant and common area for potential projects. Take inventory and quantity of existing, inefficiency equipment. Complete report to order energy efficient equipment and schedule installation team. Analyze and plan equipment delivery for scheduling coordinator. Outreach to Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Window Contractors to introduce incentive and rebate programs, assist with application process, project manage and resolve issues. Oversee special programs and projects such as Building Enclosure Insulation, etc.
