Lydia is currently a third year at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is a Communication Studies Major, concentrating in Organizational Communication. Currently, she serves as the Vice President of the Forward March Foundation, an Assistant Stage Manager for UNC Charlotte's Theatre Department, and the Vice President, Ritual of the Mu Psi Chapter of Sigma Alpha Iota International Music Fraternity.Through her service to the community, she has made it her mission to promote positive work environments across industries. She believes that a positive workplace culture can, in the best scenarios, inspire excitement towards the working day, and improve the quality of work created.
