I have a bachelors degree in Spanish from Providence College. I have also had two years experience doing a concentration in Project Management. Through Americorps I mentored and taught reading groups at a charter school in an urban area for grades K-8. The focus was to bring students that were below benchmark in their reading ability up to where they need to be. In addition, I also go to Guatemala, myself and our team do dental work, construction, etc. I love this type of work and have a passion for other cultures. Currently, I work in the social service field at a pregnancy resource center servicing low income families in the community. I also am a Spanish tutor part-time.
