In addition flexibility to work in first class or economy class depending on operational demand.- The business class galley operator had the additional responsibility of managing the galley and ensuring the service sequence was completed in a timely manner. Required a great deal of multi-tasking and efficient time management skills.- Respecting the privacy of VIP/celebrity customers.
