The Holistic Health Institute recognises the interdependence of individual, community, and planetary health and therefore adopts a comprehensive approach towards promoting wellness. We were privileged to secure an Australian Government Research and Development Grant in 2012/13, which enabled us to create a health assessment tool centred on the five pillars of health. Our primary focus is delivering an evidence-based online workplace wellbeing wellness program leveraging clinical expertise to achieve optimal health outcomes.

I fostered and managed the success of a portfolio of Meltwater clients, driving the continuous value of products, improving client engagement and being responsible for client satisfaction, retention and expansion of accounts. In addition, I regularly conducted business reviews, collaborated with the sales teams on different opportunities and engaged all available resources to resolve any disputes.

In this B2B sales role, I drove Meltwater’s revenue growth through consultative sales and acquiring new clients. I went through the entire sales process, from prospecting, cold calling, pitching, setting up client meetings, and doing product demonstrations. As well as managing a pipeline, exceeding monthly sales targets, collaborating with key internal stakeholders, and managing my own sales team.
