Full responsibility for planning and developing all marketing activity, including the management of social media accounts, events for stakeholders, copywriting press releases, email newsletters, blogs and automated communication channels, as well as media campaign management with local, digital and paid channels.

As an Account Director I was responsible for implementing the communication strategies for on average seven clients across a range of industries, from the third sector, to hotel marketplaces and fintech start-ups. Managed a team of five Account Executives and one Account Manager, and thrived in the busy and fast-paced environment of a consumer agency serving numerous clients.One of my main duties was end-to-end account management, where I would lead creative meetings to develop campaign concepts, present these to the client and then manage the execution of the projects. All communication campaigns were KPI driven and often focussed on digital PR for SEO optimisation. My role also involved attending new business meetings and contributing to the pitching process.
