The Service Account Manager manages a book of insurance business, while acting with a high degree of independent discretion, autonomy, and decision-making. Provides professional, courteous service to our clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues, resulting in a rate of account retention that meets or exceeds expectations. Provides a high level of support to Producers and Account Managers in maintaining, and expanding business. May also be responsible for account rounding and the development of new business as appropriate and in accordance with standard practices, policies, and procedures. Along with helping the day to day flow of the department where needed, which includes changes to accounts, mailing of policies and quoting.

Negotiate and review insurance contracts and policies. Monitor and analyze changes in the insurance industry to ensure compliance with regulations. Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve coverage. Review and analyze insurance policy with clients to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Develop leads and prospects for the purpose of conducting fact finding interviews to determine needs for coveragePrepare proposals, and conduct closing interviews for Life and Health Insurance salesComplete appropriate applications and forms and follows internal processing procedures to ensure transactions are handled in accordance with company policies and practicesWork collaboratively with others in the Branch to reach business goals, maximize leads, sales opportunities and take advantage of cross-sell opportunitiesAssist Underwriting and Brokerage Departments in satisfying requirementsRespond to customer inquiries and problems and ensure sound-sales practices are usedPrepare reports documenting prospecting and sales activities and maintains specified production standards and persistency levels for Life and Health insurance

Delivery of legal documents to the court, filed and organized all legal documents for internal storage and filing. Manage and organized files for law attorney while maintains office duties, handling phones and appointments.
