Good interpersonal skills are a must as well, especially when interacting with the policy holder, who might be nervous about the process. My work at RC Enterprises included, but was not limited to: customer service via email, telephone, and social media; researching care requirements for customers and answering intricate plant and animal related questions; website updates, including light image work with Adobe Photoshop. I strive to be courteous and helpful on the phone, an important aspect for customer retention. One of the things I focused on during my time with RC Enterprises was the expansion of its online presence, especially in form of individual Facebook pages and creating regular content.
