As a first-year PhD student in Biology at the Georgia Institute of Technology, I am passionate about leveraging genetics and genomic techniques to answer questions regarding the ecology and evolution of extant biodiversity. Currently working under the guidance of Dr. Abigail Lind, I am immersed in exploring intestinal protists through bioinformatics, computational genomics and microbiology.My research is driven by a curiosity for understanding life's fundamental mechanisms and a commitment to advancing scientific knowledge.
