Director Of Payroll
CurrentDirects the preparation, distribution, and reporting processes for all payroll activities, including those of all Coworker and temporary (W-2 and 1099) employees (“Ambassadors”). Oversees the calculation of wages, benefits, and deductions to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Ensures that payments to employees, taxing authorities, and regulators are disbursed timely and accurately. Ensures the accurate and timely calculation of client billing. Establishes policies, procedures, and operational controls for the payroll function.
