Provide classroom instruction for the Human Services Certificate Program.

Managing Recruitment and Outreach efforts within the tri-county service area. Creating and developing strategic enrollment events to reach college-wide enrollment goals for new students.

Establishes and maintains effective relationships with counselors and other personnel in assigned territorial areas; Coordinates campus tour programs for this population; Provides input to Marketing in the development and supply of needed recruitment materials; Responds to requests for representation in a timely manner; strives to increase awareness of opportunities for target population of York Technical College programs; effectively cfacilitatews presentations to students, and the community for the purpose of promoting the College and technical education; Monitors assigned territory and enrollment goals and takes action to move prospects to enrolled students. Contact and follow-up with potential students in assigned territory during all phases of the enrollment process. Works with financial aid and academic records to facilitate completion of student files. Initiates and oversees student communication. Recommends appropriate beginning levels of general education coursework, introduces available support services and provides course scheduling for first-time freshmen. Reviews options and procedures for applying for financial aid and paying for college. Reviews qualifications requirements and procedures for students with limited enrollment program goals.Maximizes student success through connections with prospects, applicants, and students to facilitate their completion of the enrollment process. Reviews electronic student file in Datatel of prospects, applicants, and students. Initiate a student success plan including progression next steps in enrollment process using a combination of communication strategies; Reports conversion and enrollment results to Dean of Enrollment Management. Provides leadership and coordination for assigned specialty areas which may include, but is not limited to: recruitment, residency verification, communicating academic program updates, special populations, first-time freshmen, and web page maintenance.

Develop training programs for employees. Develop educational plans for nontraditional learning environments; Develop treatment and evaluation plans for students with DMV diagnosis; and Develop and write grants for nontraditional learning environments.
