Other in-airport benefits also include negotiating with airport partners to offer exclusive benefits to Changi Rewards members such as airport lounge operators, retail and dining tenants e.t.c.• Part of a cross-company project team to revamp Changi Airport’s app, iChangi app. Conceptualized user interaction for both the public and Changi Rewards members through in-depth customer interviews and UI/UX reiterations. • Started to generate revenue for the programme by launching the sale of Changi Rewards points across all the digital platforms and monetizing digital assets to interested parties. -
