Working as the Events Coordinator and planning the the 10 year celebration of the company, alongside creating social media content.

While working for Life leisure’ holiday and sport clubs, I coach children from the ages between 5-12 years. I have completed safeguarding courses and gained skills of behavioural management, clear communication and time management.

Working as the allocated role of being an account executive intern, placed on the events management team, as part of the Jagermeister campaign.

My current occupation is working as a student brand ambassador for the Deliveroo campaign, through Raptor's student marketing agency. Within my work I promote brand identity by maintaining consistent visual merchandising through posting social media content. Producing content has invested me into social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Youtube, which has contributed to my individual network. I have developed my marketing skills by working for a leading company, as well as being apart of hosting events on the university campus, to increase client acquisition by networking with potential clientele. Within my student ambassador role I have gained understanding of social media networking for businesses, alongside showing my creativity and individuality through my work in a competitive role. My work usually focuses on new deals, offers or subscriptions that the company offers, therefore I am accountable for how I present myself, and how to appeal to customers through content creating skills.

At Amaranth, I completed over a year of working as a retail assistant. This role involved working on the shop floor, serving and advising customers, processing sales transactions, stocking shelves, part-taking in product training, taking bookings via phone calls, and assisting website orders. Additionally, I contributed to running the social media marketing of the business, where I took pride in interacting with recent social media trends on Instagram and being a content creator for the business, producing pictures and videos for Instagram which left me with an understanding and great interest to marketing.

At Buon Cibo I completed a year of working effectively in a fast-paced environment at an Italian Takeaway, whilst studying my A-Levels. During my work here, I took orders via phone calls, delivery services and in-person requests, which required confidence and communication skills. I was also responsible for packing food deliveries, clearly communicating with the chef's, notifying customers of updates on their arrivals of orders, taking care of any complaints or requests of customers, whilst providing a reliable service of making sure all duties and orders were prepared on time within a focused schedule.

During my final year of GSCE examinations, I volunteered at a primary school after school club for the entirety of my academic year. This voluntary work contributed to my social skills and communication, as I was responsible for managing children's behaviours, providing additional educational support, working with a variety of roles with all members of staff whilst creating a supportive and nurturing environment. Additional accountabilities involved setting up and clearing the dinner halls, managing food deliveries from suppliers, as well as serving food and drinks to the children. My voluntary experience taught me how to work in a fast pace environment, having an accountable role of managing multiple tasks at once, alongside patience when working with children.
