At Thrive your whole person will be treated because we believe our bodies and minds are interconnected. Working collaboratively with each client, we utilize mindfulness, somatic therapy, and other expressive therapies, such as sand tray, art and play therapy. We hope to help others learn to bring insight to their life experiences and then move forward toward the goal of a more joyful life.
