Thrive Counseling & Wellness offers mental health counseling for individuals, couples, and families in the El Paso community. At Thrive your whole person will be treated because we believe our bodies and minds are interconnected. Working collaboratively with each client, we utilize mindfulness, somatic therapy, and other expressive therapies, such as sand tray, art and play therapy. We hope to help others learn to bring insight to their life experiences and then move forward toward the goal of a more joyful life.

CCOEA is a private practice based in expressive arts; our campus includes 15 therapy offices, two play rooms, two sand tray rooms, and an art room. I provide counseling to individuals including children, adolescents, and adults, as well as couples, and families. I have advanced training in Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) and the parent component Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT).
