  • Lemonsays Consultancy
    Founder And Pmc-Certified Principal Consultant
Lemonsays Consultancy Jan 2016 - Present
    Singapore, Singapore
Established in 2016, LemonSays Consultancy provides Business Consultancy, with a focus on Technology Startups. I started this consultancy as I realised that there was a gap in the market providing quality consultancy at affordable prices to start-ups. More importantly, most consultants did not understand the needs of start-ups and are not in tune with the latest Government policies and programmes. I believe that start-ups should have access to quality Business Diagnosis, and clear and transparent access to funding. I work closely with my clients to understand their business models, strategies and growth plans. I aim to see my clients growing to the next level with the consultancy that I provide, and hopefully see them disrupt the status quo.My consultancy services cover these areas: Sales Strategy, Business Diagnosis and Planning, Leads Generation, Content Marketing, International Expansion and Funding.Despite my focus on technology start-ups, I have consulted for many start-ups outside this circle. The startups I’ve worked with includes Intraix Pte. Ltd., Springloaded Pte. Ltd., Somia Customer Experience Consultancy, Oppa82 Pte. Ltd., Trio Kim Pte. Ltd., Machef Jung Pte. Ltd., Nature Hair Salon Pte. Ltd., Manbok Bukit Timah Pte. Ltd., Value Employment Pte. Ltd., Spectrum System Solutions Pte. Ltd., Amazing Art Shuttle Pte. Ltd., Air Connection Design Pte. Ltd., Elizabeth Leong & Co.
