As a performance marketing intern at American Airlines, I was able to work closely with agencies and media partners to organize and execute campaigns that focused on sustainability, a travel tool, and a post-covid world. I also analyzed data from social media campaigns using a data analytics platform to discover insights to improve overall engagement and performance across all platforms. With this data I developed interest filters that improved overall SEO and search efficiencies based on data collected to lead to customer conversation. Overall, I also gained a better understanding of reporting media and KPIs within the airline industry.
