Sr. Business Analyst
Current- Support of business processes by acting as a liaison between system users and technical staff to assure effective and efficient system support of these processes.Responsibilities:
- Respond to calls, emails and personnel requests for support and specific issues
- Identify research and resolve user problems related to use of core system
- Document, track and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution
- Consult with users to identify current operating procedures
- Write and maintain system documentation including but not limited to Help Manuals and Operating Procedures
