Since graduating from Kingston School of Art in 2021 she has specialised in inclusive design methodologies through her experience with Studio Exception, whilst honing a playful approach to idea generation - solving community problems via often unexpected strategies. Her process always puts human need at the forefront, meaning that her chosen medium is entirely dependent upon the issue at hand. Her most meaningful work has stemmed from forming close working relations with one or a few individuals to co-create bespoke solutions with universal benefit.

InternStudio Exception Aug 2021 - Sep 2021I was granted the amazing opportunity to work on Studio Exception's briefs with Jaguar Land Rover and Spotify, working alongside Ruby Steel, Dawood Sufi and some other amazing individuals to provide inclusivity consultancy to these brands. This included going out and recruiting our Spotify 'exception', a person with additional challenges who is usually cast aside from mainstream products; this is integral to the company's carefully crafted 'Exception Method', and allowed us as a team to undertake detailed, empathetic UX research and kick-start an amazing phase of design innovation with the US Spotify team. -

This involved forming friendly bonds with the guests each week, working as a waitress during breakfast and dinner service and additionally as a cleaner. It helped me develop strong social skills in order to become a figure of hospitality and trust for guests, as well as an aptitude for hard physical work. -
