I ensure that they have the subtitles and audio-description files needed for all media being broadcast on those channels. I also adhere to requests regarding scheduling lines recordings via email and phone. I complete these requests through IBM Aspera's Momentum Ingest and Grass Valley's media asset management platform. I also use Snell Advanced Media's playout system.
