Main responsibilities included: Global Distribution KPI reporting – Managed monthly operational KPIs for distribution, including developing report enhancements in both excel and Tableau to improve data visibility, running workshops to on-board new markets, writing the Executive management reports.Project Manager - Headed up a Global cost modelling project to identify distribution cost savings of over £200m. Worked with 13 markets to complete models, analyse KPIs and costs, and benchmark data to identify potential savings.Distribution KPI Integration lead – Responsible for training SABMiller markets on AB InBev KPIs following the purchase by AB InBev.

M&S is the UK’s largest clothing retailer by value and has market-leading positions in Womenswear, Lingerie and Menswear.As a Merchandiser and Senior merchandiser working in the Upholstery, Soft Furnishings, and Gifting buying offices I was responsible for managing the merchandising teams to achieve all sales, profit and stock KPIs.

The Mamas realize their dreams of having the opportunity to support their families, send their children to school, improve their health, and save for the future.My role was to set up and manage a Fair Trade Textile Workshop, in Ghana, to enable the international NGO Global Mamas to enter new selling Markets.Key responsibilities included:Planning and completing all site renovations within the forecast budget and time scale. Building an Excel based production and inventory management system. Managing the daily operation; including production, inventory management and quality control. Recruiting and training all workers, including team leaders, to a total of 25 workers. Building, testing and implementing an HR database to manage pay and performance reviews. Developing and documenting workshop systems and processes, for implementation in a 200 person workshop in the near future.
