I am a recent mortgage underwriter and credit analyst intern interested in expanding my knowledge in management consulting. As a mortgage underwriter and credit analyst, I learned the fundamentals of cash flow and tax return analysis, created annual reviews, and, by the end of my time at Porter Bank, had underwritten seven loans and conducted credit analysis for eight others. Previously, I was the head researcher for an economics professor at the University of San Francisco for over two years, conducting over 1,000 hours of historical economic research to serve as the backbone for my professor's second book.Both opportunities allowed me to creatively problem solve, push the boundaries of my research capabilities, and become a strong critical thinker. I am excited to expand on these skill sets during my future endeavors.
