I develop and implement effective and comprehensive sourcing strategies by identifying entry level and passive, mid level - senior level talent through non-traditional methods which include, but are not limited to, personal networks, social media and other forms of external networking. I focus on delivering qualified and diverse candidate slates to fill identified positions for each of my respective clients. During the process, I interview candidates in order to determine the most qualified fit in terms of quantitative and qualitative ability as well as a strong cultural fit for the client. I work with the client to manage the interview and selection process to ensure superior candidate experience while providing strategic advice and counsel. I manage a basic background verification process to ensure a valued placement for the client and the candidate.

Taught pre-school and managed the day-to-day operations of the organization by handling all of the miscellaneous tasks and duties that would be expected from a pre-school teacher/manager including, but not limited to, accounts receivable, business development, Marketing and basic operations.
