I worked in the Pensions Audit team, performing audits on dozens of pension schemes ranging in size from a couple of members up to several thousand members. I was involved in each stage of an audit and developed positive professional relationships with our clients. I was an active member of the D&I Committee, volunteering my time to promote D&I and lead awareness campaigns within the company. I delivered a half hour seminar on the Subtleties of Autism to the company, to raise awareness of the many ways autism can present across the autism spectrum.

I performed income referencing for prospective tenants in the specialist OT team. This involved problem-solving to apply complex income situations into the criteria required to provide insurance to landlords. I developed strong relationships in the team and lived out the values of the company.I was an active member of the D&I Committee, and developed and led a 2-month Neurodiversity awareness campaign within the company. This campaign also included delivering a half-hour webinar on the Subtleties of Autism to over 70 people.
