The the role involved:Serving customers behind the bar including taking food orders.Completing bar stock checks.Cleaning the bar and dining areas.Locking up the bar and dining areas.Dealing with customer queries in person and over the phone.

I worked both behind the bar and as a waitress in the restaurant of the establishment.This was a part time summer job which I had to leave as I returned to Exeter University.This work experience allowed me to enhance my communication skills as I dealt with tens of customers daily.Moreover, the experience helped me to understand how to work in a high pressure environment and solve problems in a short frame of time.
