Developing, organizing, and implementing a new program to engage high school students in Lorain County. Build relationships with community partners, school administrators and staff, and students while networking with new partners to expand programming opportunities. Manage school schedules for several schools, secure transportation and remove barriers for students looking to participate in programming. Recruiting students, community partners and volunteers. Interviewing parents, children, and volunteers to participate in different aspects of programming. Building data collection tools for staff to implement within the program to measure program outcomes to satisfy ODE grant requirements. Assist Director of Programs in completing auditing, monitoring and reporting as required by ODE grants. Build incentives for students to increase program outcomes for improving attendance. Assist staff in troubleshooting the implementation of their program, student behaviors, and needs of students. Build a positive work culture with staff involvement. Promote a positive, asset based outlook with at risk youth within our service area.
