Animal is a customer focused brand, due to this I developed my customer service skills further and can see how the use of customer service can be used to drive sales. I found the customer centered environment enjoyable, due to this I became the most senior product advisor.

I worked as a Marshal for a traffic management company at variety of outdoor music events, including V-Festival (Shropshire) and T-in-the-Park (Scotland). Even though this was just a casual role I enjoyed the fast-paced environment and the element of teamwork that was required.

I spent ten weeks working as a Camp Counsellor in a Summer Camp in America. My role as an Arts & Crafts specialist was extremely enjoyable and rewarding, and I particularly enjoyed learning new skills and working in a totally different environment. This was a great challenge for me and has given me confidence and proven my ability to work well as part of a team.

Throughout the Christmas period I worked as a temporary Sales Associate. This job included helping customers and keeping the shop floor tidy. I was later offered a permanent job on a part time basis, which offered more responsibility, for example using the cash tills, styling and working with customers in the fitting rooms.
