Human Resources Director
Current• Manage human resources services and policies for the entire agency• Ensure implementation of agency Personnel Policies• Administer processes for: employment and hiring, performance evaluations, employee benefits, unemployment, disability, worker's compensation, COBRA and FMLA• Ensure compliance with New York State and Federal employment laws• Conduct new employee orientation and employee communication meetings• Advise and assist managers with employee disciplinary and performance issues, and other areas as needed• Advise and assist employees in a variety of human resources areas
