Human Resources Director
Current- Manage human resources services and policies for the entire agency
- Ensure implementation of agency Personnel Policies
- Administer processes for: employment and hiring, performance evaluations, employee benefits, unemployment, disability, worker's compensation, COBRA and FMLA
- Ensure compliance with New York State and Federal employment laws
- Conduct new employee orientation and employee communication meetings
- Advise and assist managers with employee disciplinary and performance issues, and other areas as needed
