I was responsible for providing quality service both internally and externally. My day to day duties included communicating with dealers using email and phone, monitoring client delivery failures, resolving issues, and re-delivering files. I also managed and maintained all aspects of assigned client relationships and recorded client interactions, such as: details of inquiries, complaints, and comments as well actions taken.

I served on the Student Government Executive Board at Western Technical College as the Treasurer. My responsibilities included chairing the Appropriations committee, which is responsible for creating a budget for several departments for the following fiscal year, and maintaining financial records.

As a Crew Trainer I trained new crew members on policies and positions, and was the first to know about changes to current policies and procedures, which I was then responsible for helping inform the crew about. I also helped assist managers when they were running the floor.
