Provide staff training, supports, and team leadership to a team of 22 Special Education professionals. Implement processes and procedures to build and strengthen adherence to district, state, and federal guidelines pertaining to the education for all students. Create master schedule, monitor student supports and progress, build and maintain parent relationships, serve as district representative - as necessary. Assisted with creation of curriculum - including applying accommodations and modifications as required by individual education plans.

The Crossroads:A place where all teens can come, regardless of race, background, faith and income status, to enjoy music, fun and fellowship. An atmosphere where volunteers and staff members are available to answer questions when the teens seek guidance and/or advice. A “cool” place for the teens to come and create and build relationships with other teens and adults. Our primary goal is to help guide the teens in this crazy adventure called life.The Crossroads vision includes: Music Venue, three pool tables, non-alcoholic bar, lounge area, state of the art study area, video games (for competition), street basketball court and beach volleyball pit, and a beach style snack shop.The Crossroads is non-profit with all profits going into a scholarship fund that will be available for all area teens. It is time for us to stop saying “Somebody oughtta do something” and change it to “I’m gonna do something!”
