Acting as the voice of the customer and guiding the product lifecycle at BitSight.

As a Product Manager, determine the development priorities and lead iterative improvement delivery for 3 SaaS cybersecurity products which include a security Services component. Determine product roadmap priorities by continuously gathering customer feedback, industry trends, competitive analysis, and tracking metrics and key performance indicators(KPIs). Defined user stories, feature requirements, and acceptance criteria to implement during sprints, as well as designing UI mockups. Developed release plans to launch features with support from the Sales, Marketing, and Services teams to ensure feature success.Key Contributions:- Manage and execute on the customer-centric Product Roadmap. Documented, designed, and managed the execution of key requirements that improved product-market fit. - Spearheaded internal cross-team collaboration efforts between three teams.- Unblocked engineering from delivering a critical integration by figuring out how to grab a HTTP Response body with the information they needed to finish the integration development. The release was delivered on time.

I was responsible for client satisfaction while using the Fieldwork facilities, and making focus groups run smoothly. Daily duties included processing and presenting data in Excel spreadsheets for clients, phone calls to focus group participants either to remind them of their focus group or survey them for a future focus group. Occasionally I queried the participant database (SQL) to get calling lists or an individual's detailed data. I also had to ensure data confidentiality was strictly enforced.

Recruited people to attend focus groups, usually by warm but sometimes by cold calling. The recruiting process involved surveying people over the phone and collecting detailed answers, and placing people in groups when they met the criteria. Attention to detail and a friendly personality were critical skills to get the best results, and communication with team members was essential so we did not overbook any groups.

I washed artifacts and sorted objects. Learned to identify many different types of colonial ceramics and nails.

I helped grade homework and help students learn Koine Greek.
