Senior financial executive overseeing financial planning, reporting, and accounting operations for the Altran Americas division and its Indian delivery center. Leads a global finance team of 100 staff in the US and India. Member of the Americas Executive Committee and Global Leadership team, responsible for evaluating company performance in regard to revenue growth, margin, and cash collection strategies. Altran acquired in 2020 by Capgemini. Acts as a strategic business partner supporting deal structuring and pricing, forecasting, and budgets. Led consolidation of the North American Finance team including several US/India entities following Altran’s acquisition of Aricent. Implemented a new operating model for the Americas including realignment of P&L, reporting, and financial support systems. Led cross-functional efforts to simplify Altran’s legal entity structure and modeled larger-scale deals and investments.

Oversaw global accounting operations, internal and external financial reporting, tax strategy and planning, financial systems, accounting policies and internal controls and compliance for a global engineering and design firm. Developed and led a team of 100 in the US, India, Europe, and Asia. Part of the senior leadership team responsible for positioning the firm for sale from KKR to Altran (acquired 2018). Participated in leadership discussions focused on corporate investment and growth priorities. Led key initiatives including of transition of accounting and reporting functions from US to India, redesign of monthly KPI reporting, and automation of global A/P processes. Compiled financial presentations in preparation for IPO and multiple bank refinancings. Rolled out new global tax structure to reduce exposure and drive value.

Member of the senior management team overseeing internal and external financial reporting, planning and analysis, accounting policies, and compliance of internal controls. Led a team of internal staff, business unit controllers, and Shared Services accounting and consolidation groups. Coordinated with external tax advisors on corporate tax policies and compliance. Supported the Audit Committee and led quarterly Disclosure Committee meetings. Contributed to strategic finance initiatives including refinancing discussions and corporate debt compliance.

Responsible for internal and external reporting (SEC, US GAAP), global consolidation of results, financial analysis and planning, audit coordination, and oversight of internal control processes in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404. Supervised internal staff and business unit controllers across 4 international locations.

Led companywide Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance initiative. Developed a detailed plan to address high-risk areas across 30 business units using the COSO control framework.
