As a Clinical Resource Nurse, I assist the Chief Medical Officer, Health Services Director and our data analyst in coordinating collaboration with local MSO/physician providers, their finance/care delivery officers, and provider representatives for review of their population health analytics. As a Facilitator, I provide virtual presentations to hundreds of Humana associates across the country, e.g. Be the CEO of You (a CE eligible webinar), Pursuing Financial Freedom 8 week online course. Additionally, I have facilitated virtual and in-personal wellbeing educational sessions for multiple Humana Neighborhood Centers across Florida.As a Course Creator, I have created 2 CE courses for clinicians (physicians, RNs, CCM, SW) on improving cultural competency in Dementia Care for clinicians, and The Impact of Loneliness and Social Isolation on Dementia.As a Humana Case Manager, I engaged our Medicare members to resolve acute needs while promoting lifelong well-being through chosen personal health practices. As a dedicated learner, I recently completed the University of Houston Value Based Care certification program, and am currently working through an eCornell certification course, Business Analytics.

The Program Quality Director (aka "PQD") is the second-ranking member of the District Executive Committee, and presides over that body and the District Council in the absence of the District Director. The PQD assists the education committees of the member Clubs, Areas and Divisions of the District in utilizing the educational programs and materials of Toastmasters International and has the responsibility for: the training of all Division, Area and Club officers; the preparing and conducting of educational programs for District Conferences; the supervising and coordinating of district-wide speech contests; and the formulating of specific educational recognition programs.

In the continued evolution of health care as big business, movement throughout systems becomes very important for many reasons. When your mission is to provide exceptional care to everyone, everyday, case managers are integral team members who make it happen. From insurance to community resources, hospital case managers work at a frenetic pace to guide patients through a complex system, from one level of care to another. Piloted remote Triage Nurse position for workers compensation claim initiation for self and fully insured employers. Collaborated with IT and Medical Consumerism managers to achieve and maintain cost savings of remote staffing over 24 / 7 building access and security costs for over three years.

UControlIt was founded by my youngest son, Benjamin Marsh as his wireless, remote controlled security and home automation business, in 2007. The tools used for his business allow owners of the system to be in control of their environment and personal/home/business safety needs. Started as a means for Ben to earn money to fund special purchases, UControlIt as his business, became the topic of local inquiry. As a result of this venture, "How U Gonna Pay for Those Shoes?", A Business Plan for Teens was written and became self-published in August 2008.
