I am passionate about 3 things which play a huge role in shaping my professional and personal life:🌿 The outdoors - being outside, particularly in nature can do amazing things for your happiness. I love the challenges that come with being outdoors such as navigating, pushing physical boundaries and dealing with changeable weather.🏃 Physical activity - like the outdoors, physical activity provides stimulus for the body and keeps our minds occupied. There is nothing like the post-exercise endorphin rush!🌟 Providing opportunities for young people - in particular to experience the two things above. This has been in a variety of ways - leading amazing school trips including to far flung corners of the world, as a sports coach, on programme days and international residentials with Snow Camp, as a volunteer at Jamie's Farm - whatever the capacity, I love opening doors for young people and allowing them to experience the outdoors and new physical activities and seeing what it can do for their physical and mental health.
