Internal Communications / Employee Engagement:- Instil great understanding of corporate culture and messaging into staff with storytelling through illustrations and videos.- Manage and communicate the Canon President Award — an internal prestige award program that recognises the achievements & commitments of the companies and individuals across our South and South East Asia sales offices of approximately 4,000 people.- Manage content calendar and maintain internal platforms for organization of 800 people.Website Management:- Work closely with internal stakeholders within Canon Singapore, 8 regional sale offices and their agencies to manage and optimize corporate digital assets to meet business and marketing objectives.- Oversee more than 50 social media sites across the region and ensure the company maintain positive online brand presence.Administrative:- Manage department’s assets, guide and ensure the team adhere to company's policies to safeguard company's interest together with Legal, Finance and HR department.- Follow through with vendors on deliverables to invoicing.
