As a Regulatory Projects Analyst in the Technology and Operations department of Banco Santander, I actively contribute to the management of regulatory projects, both implementing ad-hoc technological solutions and managing information deliveries to the regulator which involve understanding of the regulation, requests to units, validation and testing of the data. The main areas in which I develop my professional career are:- Taking regulatory requirements with users, approaching technological solutions and managing developments and implementations with the different teams involved.- Understanding and analysis of the impacts of regulatory requirements.- Ability to develop software- Ability to present and deal with multiple stakeholders including units- Management of multi-disciplinary teams with resources both internal and from different consulting companies- Management of deliverables and expectations with project management ensuring the quality of information presented in the various project deliverables and inspections

Main projects:Design, implementation and execution of the control methodology for access permissions to Santander Bank applications. The main control areas analyzed were: logic management of accesses, active licenses of the different tools, profile control and security configuration.I was also involved in the Certification of the data migration process from Banco Popular to Banco Santander. As part of this project, I participated in the process analysis and simulations of data and information transfer from an End-to-End approach using tools such as JCL and ACL.
