My multi-faceted career takes me from improving maternity services to inspiring a life-long love of learning and storytelling.Storytelling is a powerful tool that I use in every line of my work. - Sometimes it's empowering someone tell the story of their experiences with maternity services to influence meaningful change within the provision within the NHS. - Sometimes it's telling stories through song and play to encourage confidence and learning in pre-school children. - Sometimes it's using social media to help companies tell their story in a way that reaches and relates to their audiences.- Sometimes it's utilising storytelling as a teaching tool when supporting young people and adults to learn English as a foreign language. Sometimes it's helping them tell their own stories, or write new ones.Basically, storytelling is awesome, and my career is hard to define.
