As a self-directed team member, organization, strategic planning, timeliness, drive to add value, team building, and goal setting are an integral part of my routine. I also carry creativity, solution-oriented perspective and a strong sense of brand to the table. I have a strong background in event planning and management with 10+ years of experience. My love of good food and a good place to gather enhance my marketing skill set. Over the past 5 years I have worked hard to develop a marketing mix designed to build the Whole Foods Market brand in Utah and subsequently increase community awareness, partnership opportunities, generate sales and create a food lover’s culture. I have been a leader in both my metro and a mentor to other Marketing/GA teams within my region. I have piloted many successful programs from the Team Utah metro concept to mobile wallet marketing, strong social media execution to large scale public events. I have experience driving a successful remodel, store opening and have been a resource to other stores in my region going through a similar process. I have worked in retail for almost my entire professional career and have a good eye for detail.In addition to my regular duties as a marketer, I have also driven the Local Foraging program here in Utah building our local base from approximately 30 vendors to 80+ vendors in less than 3 years. I am self-taught on helping vendors through the paperwork process and successfully telling their story once they are in the store.
