- Highly tailored sourcing and recruiting for demanding clients in need of stellar talent in San Francisco, Portland, and Los Angeles.- Lead the process from beginning to end, partnering with hiring managers to assess current and future needs, create pipelines, sourcing, and all parts of the talent process from outreach to negotiation.- Cultivate and maintain a network of candidates and clients across specialities and industries.- Everything else: business development, client relations, account management
