I leverage my expertise in design ethnography, product innovation, and market-fit discovery to help organizations enable growth and innovation at scale. With over 10 years of experience in design strategy, ethnography, and product development and management, I have worked with startups and Fortune 1000s around the world within the worlds of Industrial goods, Energy and Oil and Gas, and Onsite Retail. In each of these fields, I help teams capture the advantage that critical, actionable insights about human experience can bring.I thrive on challenging the status quo and uncovering new possibilities for customers and businesses, using a mix of creative, strategic, operational, and analytical lenses. Some of the recent international projects I have brought into the world include bill pay mobile applications across Latin america and Southeast Asia, AI-powered physical products for some of the earth's harshest industrial environments, articles redefining professionalism for ethnographers, in-house spin-off product lines of the world's first geek and gamer subscription box, workshops to foster intrepreneurship and pitching skills, and the world's first design manifesto on death and dying. I am also a speaker, writer, and adventurer at heart, passionate about exploring and engaging with the world at large, and sharpening my modern dance practice and creative nonfiction skills.
