Lead Verizon Innovative Learning Schools, one of the nation's largest education technology initiatives providing technology, internet access, professional development, and IT support to over 500 public middle and high schools across America. Manage annual budget of $20+MM and 50 member team responsible for program design and implementation. Key accomplishments: Successfully delivered Cohort 4 leading to program expansion and additional cohorts. Optimized team for significantly improved performance against key metrics. Improved program management and timely course correction for struggling schools. Improved team culture and communication by acknowledging the strengths of team members and promoting autonomy and ownership. Designed and implemented a data collection and reporting system.
