- Hosting lead for the flagship hosted services of Lyrasis: ArchivesSpace and DuraCloud; serving over 300 current hosting clients and fielding approximately 200 hosting inquiries per year. These two hosting services bring in over $1.8 million for the organization.- Provides prompt and professional customer service for entities seeking hosted services, including creating quotes, negotiating contracts, providing VPAT and HECVAT compliance documentation, product demonstrations and training sessions, and onboarding new clients- Prepares market analysis reports on product strengths, weaknesses, and pricing comparisons with competitors- Maintains CRM for sales forecasting and strategic outreach initiatives- Collaborates with a geographically-distributed team with Billing, Membership Outreach, parallel hosted products, and open source organizational homes for efficient and nuanced workflows- Provides feedback and advice on accessibility, UX, and DEI best practices for Lyrasis communications, websites, promotional and educational offeringsSelected accomplishments at Lyrasis:- Collaboratively and strategically refined a multiservice discount package across hosting services, 2022- Revised and updated the Duracloud website for migration to the Lyrasis domain, 2022- Taught Lyrasis Learning Accessible Archives and Special Collections classes, 2021-Present- Co-led multiple accessibility staff training events, 2021- Created market analysis reports for ArchivesSpace and DuraCloud and assisted with pricing model revisions, 2021-2022- Revised all templates, promotional materials, internal documentation, and workflows for efficiency and accessibility, 2021, 2022- Spearheaded DuraCloud 10th Anniversary survey, swag gifts, and initiatives, 2021- Served on the DEIA Tiger Team for the LYRASIS Member Summit, 2021- Lyrasis Catalyst Fund grant recipient and proposal reviewer, 2021-2022- Revised an updated ArchivesSpace HECVAT documentation, 2021, 2022
